No advice on rolls but at Penns Valley Meat Market in Millheim you can get steak sliced tissue thin. Enough for three sandwiches for around $6.00.

Their chicken cheese steak meat is excellent also. Overall a great meat market for anything you need. They even sell chicken hearts - not my thing but some folks swear by them.
