Just witnessed someone actually get pulled over for cruising in the left lane at about 68. Never thought I'd actually see someone get pulled over for that. Trooper was right behind them and gave them plenty of time to move over and the benefit of the doubt since it was in a transition area from 60 to 70. I passed by in middle lane and just saw the trooper riding their bumper just waiting. Wish that would happen more often.

I drive 78 in the left lane when I'm passing other vehicles.

I heard he's having surgery this morning. Severe tennis elbow from high right-hand activity while watching the DNC convention this week.

Pretty good chance that it was a novice driver who froze up when they saw the trooper behind them, and tried like hell to stay under the speed limit and do nothing else.

Or it could have been just another A-hole totally oblivious to the traffic around him. This is the most likely scenario.

I don’t think that is what the post you made about driving in the left lane stated. As I remember, you didn’t want to move over because it would cause you to slow down, because you would have had to get behind a truck. Seems like I remember you describing the biggest anomaly known to man when there was miles and miles of 18 wheelers driving in the middle lane on I-75
