He has proven he can be a good HC with what he did with Maine. I question his choice to take the UMass job, because it is an impossible task. He really f’ed up his career trajectory.

Did some of you expecting a winning season for UMass just because Joe became their coach? It's going to take a couple of years to get the needle moving in a positive direction. No different than when Greg came to RU the first time.
Most would take Hetherman, who seems to have been the brains of the defensive operation.
