Checkdown Offense

This offense is tough to watch even when it’s working with all these checkdowns. Are there really no open mid range routes?

That’s the point of the offense. Kentucky is dropping 8 and covering our receivers deep. So we’re dumping it off for 8-12 yard gains each time. If you gain 8-12 yards per play, you’ll score every time. You want Rogers to go deep into the zone and risk interceptions? I bet you’d be bitching about that too.
