@sklarbodds why do some people give in to crying members? Is it just the easy thing to do? Laziness? Is it something else?

I haven't posted any of those. This is a free board, y'all (the mods) allow people who pose as fans of other institutions to come over here and **** talk. Why can't I create a post that says, "This post does not break the rules?"

Im not the mods or even know who they are, but as someone who reads and posts on the board it is sure nicer to read without all the clutter. There are plenty of places online to talk about other things.

I know you aren't a mod, I know you aren't the authority here. If it doesn't violate the rules, then it shouldn't be an issue.

Look at the posted rules or guidelines on the Insult Board. There is nothing civil over there and it's a daily barrage of personal attacks, misogyny, not so thinly veiled racism and just overall rudeness. It's embarrassing as a Nebraska fan to even see that behavior associated with our state.

There are only a few rules on tOS. I've located the boundary.

tOS is full of people not from Nebraska as well, I wouldn't take it too hard.

Why would we even NEED an insult board? I'm good with gigging people on occasion, in a good natured way, but that seems wrong...

It's not an insult board, but feelings for sure get hurt over there. tOS is a true bastion of free speech.

It's what has kept me coming back to this site.

Thing is there are so many that just reply with insults over there it's just gross. It's not even people talking to each other its just people talking over or just waiting for the other person to post so they can insult them. NO ONE I know talks to other like poeple talk to each other over there. It's really gross

And this clown lives over on that board and very little does he comment on the topics this board has posts about…

Plenty of posts people use OT, but people ask about snow blowers or finding a roofer etc etc.. It’s the other crap that belongs on Opens board page like the crap he put up yesterday…
