It does. I wonder if anyone remembers a certain shooter from a central Nebraska private school who was really, really good at getting to the FT line.

That's what I was wondering? Not sure that is in the rules book, but I could be mistaken. I know a lot of fans yell it out at games, so it must be legit.
I have also heard this school has tried to do this 2 other times before they were caught this time. This was told to be by 2 different coaches this team has played. So I don't really know if this was an honest mistake or not. Also, the video you can see the kid who got fouled look at the kid who went to the line, like what? Even more mind boggling, the Summerland coach had the balls to call timeout after the first make. He knew they were in the wrong.
