That’s as dirty a play as you’ll see. I’ll give it to our guys for not goin after him but I don’t think I could have refrained. At least take a dive at the dudes knees if that’s how he wants to play.

That and the trip of Baker(I think) were very suspect late in the game.The announcers kept saying Cal should empty his bench but we really don't have anyone else to put in.

I think they were trying to get our players to retaliate with the undercut and trip following, hoping someone would be out for Saturday's game. Just dirty.

If Nick had been Zion, ESPN would have it on a 24 hour loop.

I didn't think it was dirty at first, but replay changed my opinion.

I was also frustrated that Spitnagle seemed to blame it on Cal for not getting the subs into the game. To Spitnagle's defense, I think someone let him know we only have 9 players. (Which is unusual.) He commented later that there were no more subs left to enter the game.

Question in my mind is what does it say about the coach of the player. It was dirty. It was intentional. The goal was to inflict injury. The game was over and Kentucky had long since called off the dogs. The coach should have been up 15's *** so fast, but he just stood there like dopey dog.

He should have been ejected from the game.....it was a flagrant two.......you can bet your blue *** that if it had been a UK player that he would've been sent to the locker room.......look at the replay.......that bastard dipped his shoulder and took a cheap shot.....:angry:
