My mother-in-law lives in Pittsboro, just south of Chapel Hill and my brother-in-law lives nearby in Cary. Anything in that area? I am usually there one weekend in the fall. Dislike the Eastern time zone. Living in the West I get to watch the games so much earlier in the day.

Check the link above for all listed watch sites in NC. It's worth calling your local site to see if it's still active/accurate. When I lived in Charlotte, the watch sites were very well attended.

I'm in the Raleigh area and can vouch for Sammy's. Pretty good time. When I first moved here I was looking at some of the pictures on the wall and was like WTF, that looks real familiar, but the Wolfpack have the same colors. Looking closely found out it was the Husker bar.
