I am optimistic about the service in the future. I think since there is no potential for a true Big 12 network, having a location that combines the resources/programming of the conference into one location will be beneficial.

It is understanding where everything is going.
This is testing the waters because the Big 12 will be looking to bring in streaming services as well to bid on their football games.
As more of the streaming services go to exclusive programming it gives them better control of the market.
Everyone who wants to watch WV football will have to buy Hulu or whoever.
This third tier rights contract is a test for first and second tier rights in 2025.
