The Knights will be kicking off in a major bowl game on New Years Eve morning at 11:00.
Now, with New Year’s on a weekend and the playoff games on a Friday, everyone’s going to get the game days mixed up. This means that *inevitably*:
There will be Norte Dame fans looking for the Fiesta Bowl at 1pm (instead of Saturday).
Even better, Penn State fans will be looking for the Outback bowl at noon (again, a day early).
It’s a lock that fans two most popular programs in NJ will wind up with their eyes on Rutgers in the Gator Bowl, at least for a few quarters.
