Nice catch on Ole Miss. I was a little surprised they didn't move OU to #2. I thought the committee would do that then after championship weekend move them to #4 so OU would travel to Miami to face Clemson; assuming Bama and Clemson both won. It would not surprise me to see the big 10 winner move in front of OU; I would not agree but it would not surprise me.

FWIW, OU now has the #12 hardest schedule, AKA SOS, so, that's getting us a lot of luv for sure.

We are very fortunate that, our mid to late season surge has totally overcome all the negative baggage of losing to the horns...really nothing short of a miracle.
(the OU brand definitely helped also)

Yep, I remember back when we'd back to back National Titles in '74, '75, I had to quit wearing the gear out to bars and clubs.
The hate for OU was so rampant, I got into a bunch of fights I wasn't planning on having.

It's not easy being great!:eek:

No, the pacifist I was I never started anything, but, being from Lawton I learned to stand up to the bullies. I won most of those, lost some.
My biggest fear in fist fights was losing teeth.
In my defense, I still have them all, for what that's worth.
That, in and of itself is huge...have you priced permanent implants lately?
It's off the charts expensive.:cool:
