I watched part of that game. Man, was that moment brutal and it was totally accidental on the part of the Illinois player.

I saw it too and it actually threw Illinois off a little down the stretch. Michigan made a good run right after it happened before Illinois regrouped and closed it out.

Watching that in real time and seeing the ref laid out, it was pretty scary. The hit was completely accidental. The ref was down for the count for a long time and when got up looked out of it.

More Importantly, Illinois looks big and tough.
