Cecil's admission?

So Friday night, channel 2 in Atlanta reports that a source close to the situation says Cecil confessed to seeking money, but no money changed hands and State did not offer. Yet, I heard very little about this on Saturday. Granted, I didn't get to spend the entire day lounged out in front of the TV like I like, but I didn't hear any of this mentioned during games or on ESPN. Did I just miss it, or is there nothing to this story? Or is the nation kind of done talking about it until concrete proof surfaces?

on a radio station this morning, stating cecil admitted to shopping cam. haven't heard or seen anything actually confirming this so it could be hearsay. one thing is for sure...AU fans will never believe it, even when it all comes out.

I think ESPN likes to release the story during the weekdays because they get enough publicity on the weekends. I expect more to come out mid week.

Went to the game this weekend and stayed at Ross Bridge in Birmingham. The paper had an article that reported what the Atlanta TV station said. Not sure why this hasn't been in the media more.</p>
