At the end of recent games, White has been putting CC in on offense and then taking her out for defense. I don't think she's in there to get assists at this point, though.

Welp, what do I know. She got the late assist for the triple. Nice.
Her 1st or 4th career triple double.
The first time she's gotten her 4th.
I thought it sounded like first, but later she clearly said fourth.
The Fever aren't just reaching 100 every game. They are averaging 111 pts during this streak.
Which Clark has probably shot more then that in the last three games.
Triple double aside, CC had a bit of an unusual stat line tonight. She only recorded 9 shots (5-9), but shot 17 FTs (14-17). Her run of efficient games continues.
She did sound all over the place because I thought I heard say something about double double and not triple double, later.

Last five games, CC's FT attempts are 19, 5, 6, 10, 17. I'm sure she's quite happy to take as many as opponents are willing to give her.
Not originally. She said for her FIRST. Then after a timeout, she said it would actually be her 4th. At least they have someone fact checking for them...

Since in most offensive stats you have to have a minimum number of attempts to qualify, I wonder if that would even be an official stat....
It does seem like CC has been getting a better whistle during the recent Fever surge. She is taking advantage of it.
I'm still sad Banks isn't coming back to Iowa but it was a good day for Clark.
Please don't get me wrong, I am 100% on the CC train and have been since she committed. Her defensive effort still makes me want to rip my hair out. Just simple things like switching when others are caught or moving her feet instead of just swiping at the ball.
She carried the Fever in the 3rd quarter last game and stopped Portland's run with a mid range jumper. If she and Mitchell keep hitting this ft extended shots, there's no way you are stopping that offense.

Yes, there was a slight hook but that was but that was not at all what they were looking at or blew the whistle for.

Mo Billings was kinda MIA early in the season, but she has really stepped up recently. Over the last seven games she has averaged over 10 pts.
5 in a row now for Indy heading into Minny. CC playing well offensively, getting to the rim, and drawing contact. Looks like the refs have stepped up a bit. Supporting cast playing together more now. Tough one at Minny coming up. Let's see how it goes.
I mean I know it is for her. I was wondering when they post who led the league in ft% if that would count as the winner for the league. Generally you have to have a minimum number of attempts. That would be less than 1/GM. (I guess in 2014 they played maybe 34 games so basically right at 1/GM).

Yes, on the replay of the Mitchell non charge, they were falling all over themselves how Mitchell leaned in on the defender and how it would not be overturned. When it was overturned, silence for a few seconds and went right into defending the overturn of the call! Never did explain that the official who made the call was in no position to make the call in the first place!
She would also get subbed out after 3 minutes and was playing only like 8-10 min per game.
That CC lady definitely isn't and MVP candidate. LOL
