The point is she was under control tonight because they actually called fouls…she would do that every game if they didn’t allow her to be a punching bag all the time.
They already said she wasn’t playing tomorrow, they will stick with what they said.
Cmon. She had a GREAT game, and I defend her most of the time because she gets hacked ALOT. still there are games she goes crazy on the first no call in the firstQ. The first foul tonight she started going into her arms out, "who me deal" and then she just stopped and smiled. Hopefully we see more of what we saw tonight, where she lets her GAME do the talking. Probably helped her get a few more calls tonight as well, because she didn't spend the night chasing the refs around the court

Clark said it in an interview and there was something out on social media from the Fever that said Clark would play tonight and Boston wouldn’t then Boston would play tomorrow and Clark wouldn’t.

Angel had a good game and yes they won….I’m sure some folks will discuss how it was actually a better game than Clark had…it would usually be the turnovers, but Angel had more than Clark, so I guess it will have to be the rebounds.

I can't find anything suggesting CC won't play against the Liberty. Post-game, in the tunnel, CC said, "See you tomorrow." Neither White nor CC said anything in the post-game presser that indicated she wouldn't play.
Reese had 23 & 13 Monday vs. the Sparks and made a 3PT FG with the game tied 87-87 to break open a close game. I’m sure frantheman’s head exploded.

The All Star break is coming at some point or so they say.........I'm beginning to wonder if it's just a figment of our imagination.
It's because she got the "yt" privilege whistle, or so they say on Twitter............
Only thing I'd point out is that she absolutely makes business decisions when it comes to defense, mainly to avoid cheap fouls, sure, especially in the 1st half.........but that narrative about her defense isn't going away any time soon.
Lots of times where she opens her hips and allows the driver to get the corner turned, sometimes expecting help and other times absolutely conceding the points simply to avoid picking up cheap contact fouls.
It's a double edged sword. She could move her feet better and cut off the initial dribbles to widen the drive attempts, and maybe not get beat as much......but she also puts herself at the mercy of refs eager to make a point.

They do seem to announce things a long time before the game is actually played.
I want her to get to 100% so that isn't a reason to not take her to Germany (not saying she'll make it, but the less reasons the better).
Unfortunately she played against the worst defensive team in the WNBA. She didn't have anyone grabbing her and pushing her all night long. She had a great great game but Seattle is a crappy team....
