Well, some of you are calling the game a complete meltdown by Indiana.

I not only don't feel that way. I not only predicted that NY would come back and win. But I was condfident enough they would come back to have been willing to pay a booking fee for the ability to risk my hard earned money on it.

So obviously, I had a pretty good feel for that game. And obviously, I wouldn't characterize it as anything close to an Indiana meltdown

Haha totally missed the point which unfortunately Is not unusual with you. I'm merely reading along fascinated by how long it is like you will continue arguing with someone and idiots like those who do nothing but complain about the w continue to watch it. For those that enjoy watching good for them.
It isn’t really much of an ‘argument’ typically one of us has facts…… the other is someone like eyes who seems to think that being inaccurate is okay because they didn’t really mean to be inaccurate. And then doubling down on it. Then there is you, mocking others for doing what you are doing ….oh and pointing out to others that they missed the point. Rationalize and justify your actions all you want. Maybe it will circle back to you and you will figure it out when it comes around again.

Always remember, he was the guy who openly bragged about a losing bet he made and he got laughed at by the entire board. One of my favorite threads ever.

Dude, you really need to get a life. I'm not sure what you get out of making ridiculous accusations against people, and then consistently have those accusations shut down.

There's absolutely no reason to call me untrustworthy. The only people that do, seem to not be able to read worth a ****.

Why are you not telling others to keep their inaccurate overreactions to themselves?

Again, people are trying to make the game into an epic meltdown by Indiana. My first chime-in came in post #5329, in which I mentioned nothing about my winning wagers. I only said, "the Fever were never going to win that game".

Only after being mocked for that statement, did I mention my winning wagers, to provide supporting content and credibility.

Who would seem to have a better idea what they're talking about? People who can't even properly characterize the game AFTER its finish? Or someone who not only PREDICTED the type of finish for the game, but backed his prediction with money?

An epic meltdown is something that should not, in the least, be expected to happen. Whereas, to wager on something, takes a good deal of confident expectation in that particular outcome.

Mentioning my winning wagers is completely relevant in showing the difference between having a clue, and not. But you go ahead and believe whatever you want. That's what you do anyway
Ok, Phil.

Have you ever known a sports fan to apologize for anything? That's hilarious!

And has nothing to do with my point.

The overreactors saw the game one way. I saw it another way. And mentioned, that I knew what I was seeing well enough to have backed it (and correctly backed it) with money.

Even after having posting the winning wagers, you said I'll only earn respect by posting them prior to the game. (Which is also hilarious, as I've said most of them were IN-GAME wagers).

And to that, I asked how the overreactors are to earn any respect.

My contention was with the overreactions. The point was never about the winning wagers.

If you're going to enter a conversation, you need to follow along much better.

And I've already explained, that I'm not in the business of giving out winners. Sure, I could post the in-game bets immediately, without fear of getting priced out of an already tiny edge. But you see, I'm actually paying attention to the game enough to be able to work it, which is a lot. So, I will not be coming on here to post in the middle of games. I have nothing to prove to any of you guys
You need to read better. The overreacted should apologize if they are wrong and want your respect. You should post some of your in game wagers for a short period to prove you know what you're talking about regarding the fever only. You can keep the rest hush hush.

You haven't said what you watch, so maybe others may think you watch a crap product(s).
It doesn't matter what I watch unless I complained about how awful it is or how Im never watching again. Any show out there if it's a crappy product or a bad show I don't watch. That's why I don't watch the WNBA, and why I find it funny how many complain about it or say they are done, but still watch every game

An apology does nothing to add credibility.

Which seemed to be easy enough to understand all along

I'm just about worn out watching this anymore. CC was a comet and that was after playing a full college season she came in and dominated the league and once Sides decided to just let them play it was must watch TV. Watching CC walk the ball up the court and facilitate the offense while scoring 14 pts and getting 7 assists just doesn't do it for me. I'm sure I'll have it on in the background but the excitement is just gone. White clearly wants to play a halfcourt grind it out game which is not what this team is built for. I understand you've got to play defense, etc but the implosion the other night just about finished me. It's pretty clear White would rather win 78-72 vs 95-91.

Although I would have no problem bragging, my intent was only to support my claim that Indiana was never going to win that game.

I too, bet on NY pre-game, as well.

I would say whatever can cash tickets in the long run is a fine enough approach. I'm only concerned with my own performance. So deal with it
So basically your saying they were never going to win the game, because YOU bet on NY before the game started. Very good. I think you just rested the role of biggest narcissist on the board from a couple of other posters.

I don't recall all of these postings about betting against the Fever. For one thing, it's not something I do very often.

Try not to mischaracterize or flat out lie
Try not turning at least 1/2 of ALL the threads in these forums into your own pissing match, attempt at educating those you consider less knowledgeable or whatever your whole purpose here is. You turn every thread you post in, into a "I'll show you guys, I'm the smartest guy in the room". Dude NO ONE cares! Save the typing and your attempts at seeking acknowledgement or whatever your trying to do here....

100% agree. I hate to say it but the truth is we all know what kind of game CC22 is capable of, and for whatever reason White wants no part of it.

There you go, buddy. Keep that boner hard.

Not going to take the time to link my draft kings action. But had one pregame NY wager, and two in-game money line wagers on NY
Well you wasted your time on that because we can't get access to see your bets.

Screenshots are your friend. Try again. 😃

Eye hijacks another thread…. even if you ignore him you have to scroll through all the responses to his ********…..

Maybe if everyone refuses to respond he’d finally STFU
He just wants the last word on everything. It's simply a game. You're right though. People don't need to get that worked up about him at this point, other than we just wanted to make sure everyone honestly knew what he was about.

I figured that. At least I can go back and watch the game later tonight assuming it isn't more dogsh** play/foul fest.

I actually want to sit down and watch a complete game of theirs against an opponent where there wouldn't be some media-driven angle or narrative and see what they're doing right and wrong. This is game 11 for them. We're a quarter of the way through their season, so they're running out of chances to try this and tinker with that and manage this player and rotate these players...........

Dude, take a second and actually look at what you've posted in the bottom post, attached here (#5421).

I'm mean, your characterization isn't even close. Did you actually read the posts in this thread you are commenting on?

This is what I have to deal with in nearly every thread. It's you guys turning these threads into what they are, by not reading well enough/not having the decency to not mischaracterize/having a boner for the guy that actually gives coaches the benefit of the doubt.

And I end up having to correct all this BS, because I don't appreciate being mischaracterized. And have to show you guys that I'm the smartest guy in the room about what I have and have not said.

Fun stuff, I know. Smh

I never suggested anyone should apologize to anyone.
"Have you ever known a sports fan to apologize for anything? That's hilarious!"

Yeah, sure, no. You were just complaining without telling anyone what you actually want from these sports fans who don't apologize for anything..................that's basically what every OT board political thread consists of. You'd fit right in. 🙂

Seriously man, read better.

The quote you are citing was clearly in response to another poster, who had suggested that overreacting fans can apologize to earn respect (for what reason he said that, I'm still not sure).

You aren't nearly as clever as you think you are.

And it's leading to a really bad habit of freely mischaracterizing others

Let's have it, Phil.

Fever -5.5, O/U 170.5, -255 ML

Mystics, at home, are +185 on the ML. What's your pregame play today?
Clark (back) and Boston (lower leg) are both listed as game time decision. The Mystics might be a smart bet tonight.

*Edited to add that the moneyline has moved to Mystics +175.
