Looks like they will tied for the last playoff spot after this one. If only the Fever offense could play the Fever defense then they'd be fine.
Lexi hustling on D and Mitch puttin' it in the hole. Keep it up and it wouldn't hurt for the others to score some.

Over the last four games the Fever are giving up an average of 94.75 points a game. Speaks for itself.
They don’t have a roster with any premier defenders. And a couple in KM and AB that are really poor.

It’s not a matter of hustle. Just limited on D.

Standings:

The 6th (Seattle), 7th (Golden State), 8th (Indiana) and 9th place (Los Angeles) teams all have 18 losses.

Can't wait for more expansion! $250M for a expansion franchise!?! NBA owners need to get in now before the price goes up!

Any tiebreakers between these 3 teams that we could be concerned with?

People are impatient is the problem.

And speaking of expansion, Golden State is already pushing for a playoff spot in year one.

The talent pool is going to be growing as the old guard phases out of the league, so yes.....expansion is necessary.

The money will also come, it's just not gonna be what the players want, nor is it gonna be enough to quiet the haters who mock the league for how poor they are.

The last and most important thing, which goes back to why the old guard needs to gtfo of the league, is you look at these standings, and one common thread is how these teams are beating each other up, both figuratively AND quite literally very much to the detriment of the league these players believe should be paying them more, regardless of how bad a look it is that the excessively physical play is something the old guard in particular wants the league to be known for............

The more open the game becomes, and yes, some of that also falls on improvement of the officiating, the better the league will be received by all viewers.

Since when were you ever interested in anything other than NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS??? ;)

The W trying to be a cross between basketball and hockey is truly a strange choice. I don't think they care whether the publicity is good or bad as long as there is some.
Honestly, I think a sizeable number of the W players/coaches/management do not want any publicity, and actually liked it when no one cared about them or put them under a microscope. Mind you, that is a terrible way to try to make money, but I think it is true. I also think there is a sizeable number of the W players/coaches/management who truly like/embrace the machismo and hard/dirty fouls. Mind you, that is a terrible way to try to make money, but I think it is true.
