Holy crap can we get any more threads about CBS/ESPN/Bilas/USSR/Mars being bias towards one team or another....
Well in the first place I'm not saying it's a conspiracy but when they give one of tha announcers a UNC shirt and they talk only about that team in regards to the game yes that is bias. When Bilas and Williams do a 48 hour infomercial that Duke should be a 1 seed that is bias. The Cats are on a 14 game win streak with the freshman lead back court and have showed a maturity beyond their years but so far crickets.

I mean are we really surprised at this point? They can slurp the nut out of the Tar Heels but in the end they aren't playing in the damn game.

This games seems like it will be for the National Championship if UNC wins. I don't see Florida beating them *or South Carolina, and certainly not the Zags or Oregon. Kentucky has to stop UNC or otherwise the cheating gets rewarded and no way the NCAA comes back with anything significant against them after a National Championship it would almost ruin them. I am not saying that Kentucky automatically beats Oregon or Florida/S.C. but the odds for either Kentucky or UNC would seem to be in their favor. Personally, I think the Zags would be some trouble for Kentucky because Karnowski can protect the basket and take away Fox and Briscoe's drives and is bigger and of course way more experienced than Bam. Our outside shooting would have to be on target in that game to win. Let's hope we get to find out.

no surprise
hopefully it's lockerroom material - let our guys see that it's them against the world (something Cal really loves to play up). If it can motivate them anymore, then it's all good.

At this point anything that can motivate our kids to play harder is a plus. UNC has the revenge factor, so Cal will definitely play up the "nobody is picking us to win" line that he loves using.

We just need to play with intensity and purpose and we'll have a shot.

Agreed. Cal has this team focused. He has given them the us vs. the world mentality. If you watched after the win against ucla we weren't jumping up and down like most teams would. We were focused and have one thing on our mind

I agree with you guys. If NC wins today and goes on and to win the championship their cheating will continue and will never stop. The NCAA will do nothing to them and all their teams will continue to get passes in class rooms. The only thing we can hope for is they take it out on UL

Kenny Smith should either not be on coverage, or asked to at least display a modicum of impartiality. The over the top Carolina cheering is beyond obnoxious for non UNC fans. At least Bilas and Jay Williams pay lip service to other teams, and don't openly root for Duke or express open "disappointment" at specific teams winning.

If they want to keep a biased hack like him on there, then they need to counterbalance him with another equally balanced hack who is a fan of their opponent.

Whoever wins this game is heavy favorite. UK is too athletic for Gonzaga. Too talented.

They did segments on UNC, Florida, USC, Gonzaga, and Oregon. Only one team left in the tournament didn't get a segment.
Just got back home from taking my wife out for Sunday dinner and I didn't watch it. I didn't miss anything did I.

Barkley doesn't even know we are playing. Said the size and strength of UNCheat will be too much against Duke. Hilarious.

Kellog picks UNC. Then provides some incredible insight, "if Fox or Monk is the star of this game though, Kentucky will win." Wow, thanks for the knowledge drop.

Kenny Smith picks UNC, because he's a hack homer whose love for the Heels is nearly matched by his hatred for UK.

Charles Barkley picks Carolina to beat Duke. Beats me...

Its amazing that they didnt do a segment on UK....

Makes me wonder if Cal didnt allow them to be interviewed to keep them focused.
