Anybody have a feeling which way the wind blowing. I have heard his dad and his coaches know Iowa fits his needs best. But his mom wants him close. It’ll be painful to lose him with all the other pg’s that have moved on knowing Iowa was focused on Daughtry. Waiting is the hardest part.

I like Iowa's chances because they are really taking into the decision a lot of factors and many of them lean towards Iowa. Iowa and FSU are the 2 that seem to check the most boxes so to speak.

The deal sealer could possibly be that Cayden is as crazy as Ben is :) They both are really process driven.

While it was a Florida source, I thought I ready earlier this week Cayden was excited about the prospect of playing close to home leaving Arkansas and Iowa pretty much out. Let me see if I can find that but I hope I'm wrong.

No usually Mom's sacrifice their every day lives to make sure their kids are safe and provided for to get to this point and now he wants her to see him play in person as much as possible for her

I always get a kick out of that thought process, unless a kids from a single parent home. I know a lot of Dads like me who worked their butts off (sometimes two jobs) when their kids were young, often times missing games and events to keep things going financially so they had those opportunities. Maybe its not just Moms who sacrifice?

If you're looking at the On3 recruiting page. Don't, These percentages have no basis in reality. They use stupid analytic formulas like distance, most recent visit, etc. that skew these numbers.
Agreed. On On3, if you look at Jack Kohnen, who Iowa recruited and had in for a visit, he ultimately committed to ISU but still shows 2x the chance of going to NE. Take those ratings with a grain of salt.
