And you're kidding yourself if you think he got similar hate from dook fans. Dook fans immediately move on to their bandwagon NBA teams and bandwagon baseball teams when dook basketball ends. Cayden Boozer got mocked by all the fans who hate dook.

That's a good point, but the player you are referencing, sucks and his uncle is the one doing all the damage.
But also, he was most likely told to hit the bricks. If he was as good as Cayden, he would still be here.

Your points are true. My comment was fairly tongue in cheek, but the truth in it was just pointing out that family legacy (and those family players being HIGHLY regarded) doesn't guarantee no transfer...it was more an indictment of the expectations of the family and/or fans than anything else.

Yeah, I didn't realize there was ever a question he would come back. I guess there is with every player these days, we even wait for announcements from Reece Potter. But it never occurred to me he wouldn't be on Duke's team next year.

Except most UNC fans wanted him back. It was simply a tiny group of idiots on social media talking trash about him to his mom. I was actively rooting for him in the Championship game, as was every UNC fan/alum I know.

I would think you could empathize with the concept of a small group of fans displaying embarrassing behavior that others view as representing the whole fan base.
