To play defense at this level one has to really be motivated. I just don't know how it's possible with this bunch.

That's exactly what's going to happen. I've been saying that for 2 weeks now. 5 guys are going to leave from what might be the worst UK team in 30 years and BBN is not going to be happy about it. Calipari better brace himself because the fan base is gonna turn on him quickly if that happens.

How can you full court press when after the team gets beat they just stroll up the court like a mall walker?!

Wow. Go to the store only to see this.

If we go to the NIT this year, the flame gets lit under Cal's seat and rightfully so.

I'm a patient fan, but THIS?! This is inexcusable in February. This is ALL on you Cal.

Now, make me eat crow and come back and win this game.

IMO, Cal finally missed on recruits and next year doesn't look promising. If these guys would come back and work hard to improve, they could get better - but they won't, as Cal as shown in the past, he'll lose guys to the D-League and guys will declare even though they won't get drafted and next year it'll be "young young young" all over.

I have thought this the last 4 games. That the Vandy scare was enough to wake them up. Then we lost to Missouri. Thought that would make them mad at Tennessee, but instead of playing angry we end up losing. Thought that today we'd come in with something to prove. Nope. More lazy and crappy basketball.

Maybe the light will come on for Cal and the competitive fire burn again. Change your philosophy to retain more of these guys 2-3 years or figure out why Duke is donkey punching up for legit top 3 recruits every year and flip the script.

Refs definitely don't want us to get back into this one. That is 4 fouls on us on two trips on defense!

Upcoming losses - @Auburn @Arkansas @Florida
Possible wins at home - Mizzou, Ole Miss, Alabama

My guess is we lose all 3 road games (who could argue that?) and we lose one of those home games. We win one game in the SECT and end up 20-13 - is that an NCCA team with one or two decent wins?

Yeah they were over 2 points per possession for the first half of the 2nd half. That's bad defending combined with some poor luck.

I hope they go. They are horrible basketball players. One of the worst UK teams I’ve seen ever. They will not win another game this year.
