If Toppin has “improved” his jump shooting, he must have been the worst ever shooter before.

The Refs are going to make sure Tennessee wins in the last five minutes.
How is that a travel ? Easy layup just lost these refs blow just like all refs in all games this year. Refs are officially terrible everywhere this year.
