I’m afraid Mr. Sarr Isn’t what we were hoping he would be. He’s not even half as effective as Nick Richards
Everyone hung their hopes on him based off the ND and Duke games last year. Coincidentally the only game he played well this year was ND. It’s becoming clear those performances were all about matchups. But he fits in with the rest of these guys as being overrated busts.

Two bad teams combined with bad camera angles results in an almost intolerable game to watch.

To the people complaining about Sarr....you people do the same **** every year. Not trying to be a dick. It happened with Reid, who was a fine addition but not game changing. It happened with Sestina.

When will y'all learn Cal goes out and tries to get the best available guy to transfer in to plug holes. These guys aren't transferring when they're the best damn player on their team and are still eligible, ie not grad transfer. They're just help guys. I said it in the offseason...stop pinning our damn hopes on the guy. It gets so damn tiresome having to hammer obvious stuff like this home. The ACC is the ACC. If he was ******* Tim Duncan he'd still be at Wake Forest.

Anyone wondering why Cal can’t convince a top ranked center recruit to come here? Look no further than Sarr. Guy was all ACC and can’t score in this McDonald’s All American /AAU/ guard/ offensive scheme Cal has. Coaches will use this against him and I’m sure it’s common knowledge in the recruiting circles.

If you combined these two teams, you still wouldn't have a good team.

I literally just said this to somebody ...

Agreed 100 percent. Jay Bilas went crazy one game he was calling this year about the charge call. Thats all these stupid officials call. If a guy falls down good chance its a charge call. Its pathetic
it was Kansas vs Texas tech. TT kept sliding in to draw charges and flopping on the slightest contact. Bilas called out the refs for calling it every time, but then said if they are going to keep calling it, then tech was doing the right thing by flopping.

Pretty sure Travis and Sarr were the best players at Stanford and WF though? Hell Travis was a five star.

I'm telling you, I'll roll with Askew, Mintz, Allen, Ware etc., instead of these one year rental players who are just looking to get theirs. Play for the future.
Other than Allen those guys plus Toppin have been the only guys doing anything today. The other guys have contributed nothing. But all of those guys have actual basketball skills

I like Jackson, but can he score ?? He’s invisible on offense. Ware and Toppin are far more assertive.

Reid Travis was a graduate transfer, whether he was or wasnt isnt germane to my point as he couldn't return to Stanford to play regardless.

Brandon Childress was Wake's best player last year, not Sarr. Though he was 2nd or 3rd to be fair to your point.
