That would be quite the fall from grace for OU. From taking transfers that started at Bama to taking a transfer from FAU with an injury history.
Sounds like he wants to learn the coaching ropes and finishing at dads home with the current staff, he wanted to do it.

I believe it’s pretty obvious that he was in Lincoln trying to seduce some sort of offer from Nebraska. He would have been a nice insurance policy as a NIL walk on. Rhule seemed to have no interest in him.
I agree. I saw one Sooner comment it was cool Casey played for their 2 biggest rivals and now he was coming home to play where his dad played. I'm happy at least one Sooner still refers to us as a "big rival."

Just the normal stipend that every player gets . It sounds like the NIL will kick in only if he finds the field. That was the hang up here he wanted a guaranteed NIL to come back this year and Nebraska said no.
I don’t remember which former NFL coach said if you’re any good you’re not playing cfb for 6-7 years. He’s not wrong.
