I wonder if he and his fiance are still together? Some school will hire him for sure because he is a great coach. He did have his dream job at Texas, though.

Best of Luck,

The fiancé gave a public statement 3 weeks ago recanting her initial claim that he strangled her during the assault, and also stated that she now wouldn't refute his claims of self defense and that she didn't want charges pressed.. Hard for a DA to proceed with charges under those circumstances.

I know. So many times the partner will not want to proceed with charges at all. That is part of the reason police hate dealing with domestic issues, but it is part of their job.

Beyond a reasonable doubt quite different from what a university may want.

Apples and oranges as to the criminal level of proof and actions that a university may not want around their student athletes.

Sure, all universities are so righteous. LOL. There might be many that will shy away, but he will definitely land somewhere.

Definitely will get a job whether its SEC or Mountain West is the question, then work is way back up. I know he is fish out of water but St Johns should hire him

What about Pitino to St John’s? They need a local /Northeast coach. Jared Grasso another candidate.
