Carson(5-5) at Erwin (5-5)

Erwin is in our conference, they beat who they were supposed to beat and lost to every team that they were underdogs to. Offensively they pass nearly every down, QB is fairly good, passed for 2,000 yards I believe but has thrown double digits interceptions. He has weapons on the outside with good hands and speed. Defensively they can’t stop the run at all. Very weak on defense overall. If you can’t stop their offense it will be a 40-35 game, if you can it will be a 40-14 game. They can’t stop even a decent offense.
This game sounds like lot of points could be scored. I’m going with Erwin in a possible shootout.
I think Carson will grind it out and get the W
They’ve won just one game in school history, back in 2010. They beat Hickory, 45-33, according to MaxPreps, which was also their best year in school history, going 10-3.
