Even Ronnie Green is speaking publicly about Scott Frost, and saying "we will do what needs to be done".

Moos and Green are setting themselves up to be crucified if they don't deliver Frost now.

Get ugly?
The normal but worse, fans complaining. Sellout streak probably gone

That is why I think they already have him

Listened to it and man, I am impressed by Moos! Carriker does a great job bringing the energy and asking the right questions.

What I liked from Moos:
- Said he has contacts to get the information needed from anyone (He's shopping around).
- 5-year vision is for us to be on the same level as PSU-Mich-OSU-Alabama-USC.. Predicts that Texas and Tennessee will also get back to the top.
-Prefers an Oregon type offense while Chip Kelly was HC and Frost was OC.
-There are some good RS Freshman on the roster that will contribute and add value next year
-He doesn't see our situation as bad as we think it is.. Got the impression that he thinks if the right moves are made, we will get back soon.
-Said the Big10 style hasn't changed in the past 100 years. We need to learn to stop the run to be successful.

Having said all this, why the hell did we ever hire yahoos like Pederson and Eichorst to run our program? Those two had zero vision and any clue about football as a sport itself.

This excites me. Don't think TO is down there telling him to go to Florida.
Well in all fairness he was down there before the Florida position came open, but i recall recently watching a video of TO talking Frost up on stage at some UCF event. maybe 3 weeks ago? maybe less? around there? hard saying exactly as this bout of misery has fogged things over

I agree with some people out there. Timing is everything. Frost will be our head coach at some point, but not now. I think people are overlooking Chip. I would be happy with either one. My money, (as far fetched as it may seem), is on Kelly. However, chances are that it will be someone we will be scratching our heads about. Hope not, but considering our track record lately, that will probably be the case.

I think it’s a now or never deal with Frost. But I’m with you on Kelly, that would be awesome
I agree, for frost to ever be able to get here he has to be offered first and for some reason respectfully turn it down in such a way it doesnt sour Moos. If we dont offer frost this go around he never comes here. I think we will offer but he will have to turn it down if he isnt here next year, in my opinion

He would be a great fit here. I believe Moos thinks highly of him as well. I'm pretty sure Frost does. Fans can't get too fixated on Frost. They could be in for a let-down. Can't go wrong with either one. The teacher or the student.

I know Riley needs to go just like everyone else. I backed him all year, well, because he’s our Husker coach and I back anything and all things Huskers. But this Frost crap has gotten stupid. My God guys. Let the coach get fired first. And I don’t know about you guys, I don’t have this big hard on for ONLY Frost. I want the best dam HC that’s out there. We better look hard and try all angles on all the top tier HC out there and settle in for and pay them what it takes to get them here. If it’s Frost, then awesome. But if not, I won’t piss and moan or cry. I’ll be glad we got a good coach and get ready for the ride.

Who would you like to see in here? As far a big names with proven records I could maybe see Chip Kelly, but all other realistic names out there are going to be about as risky as Frost. Either going to be not at a job long enough to really prove they can coach and recruit or be coming from a lower level school/ assistant position. If it comes down to a risk factor of 60/40 Im taking the added risk and going Frost.

I met Moos outside the stadium Saturday and took a selfie. He is a big man, looks like he could strap the pads on and play now. He was yucking it up with us fans while a young guy who appeared to be a "handler" kept trying to pull him away. Seemed like a great guy, but other than an "N" lapel pin, he didn't have anything scarlet on. Somebody needs to talk to him about that.

That is OK, he will fit in with most Husker fans that can't grasp simple things like "black out " :p
