Yup. Examples like this are a dime a dozen. I like the concept (I mean - I hate it in terms of corruption, but in terms of Husker football I would love it all day) but as I learned just today, employees of the University are prohibited from donating to NIL. You are right that the time to "cheat" is now; if it's not expressly forbidden, do it until the powers that be expressly take it away.
Even then, do it.

Do hou think michigan is upset it got caught cheating? Will it matter? No.

Ideally you would do personal contacts but I don’t believe the AD can legally share booster and ticket holder information with the collectives. Sooooo exactly how do you mail them? There is a legal disclosure when you provide information to NU that says it won’t give your information to outside entities.
this is false.

NIL collectives and individual donors are barred from liaising directly with recruits, but are not barred from liaising directly with the university, coaches or staff members.

Trev has dinner with boosters all the time. your example would make it illegal for him to introduce one to another. this, of course, is perfectly fine. just like the athletic department sharing distribution lists with NIL collectives.

Someone can figure it out. It's an email address. 1890 doesn't need names or addresses. Just an email. Hell, hire a student, have him "accidentally" send the email list to 1890, and then fire him for it. Who is going to sue? Season ticket holders?

Include a disclaimer when paying for season tickets that they can release your email address. There is definitely a way to ramp this up and not only directly solicit more money but provide a clearer picture of where the money is going.

What you’re talking about doing is not only I believe an NCAA violation I believe it’s a felony. Lawyers?

it's neither

here are all the NIL and Collective bylaws

working with the university is not prohibited. Collectives doing anything directly with a recruit prior to signing an LOI is.

Collectives are regulated exactly the same way boosters are. it's super straight forward.
