Morg was 100% right. He said months ago that Cal is handcuffed by the compliance dept. He took a lot of grief, but I think this is actually playing out.

It’s not so much “lost mojo” as it is now you have a plethora of schools gunning for O&D elites where as before it was 90% UK, sorta KU. Now you have random *** teams recruiting (and landing) elites. UNLV, Miami, LSU, freaking NEVADA, Bama, Cal etc etc
