I’d rather have LA in the one game playoff. Anything can happen and historically we’ve more than handled them in playoffs. I’d much rather play the long series against SF, who we’re 4-2 against this year. Yea, all the teams we’ve beaten on this streak are in a tailspin, but perhaps they wouldn’t be had we not boat-raced them. All were.500 or better. And we’re doing it so many ways getting contributions from all 28 players. And we may get Flarety and Hudson back to add to the bullpen by the weekend.
I’m loving the monstrous strides Tyler O’Neil has made, he can not catch all of a pitch and hit in the 15th row. You seldom see someone with his muscles be able to move as freely as him. This young outfield of O’Neil, Bader, and Carlson may not have even scratched the surface.
Whatever happens the rest of the season, we have to go get some arms in the off season. Ben-Gay and duct tape is the only thing holding this rotation together. I keep waiting for the octogenarian Waino to hit a wall, but he keeps pumping out W’s.
