Kuehner, Payton, Humphrey and Beard.

Really expecting Kuehner and Phillips to have great seasons to lead the pitching staff.
Needless to say, these other three guys seem to have a tenacity about them that besides being contagious, makes the others feel the need to follow that tenacity. They are as competitive a group of guys I can remember leading the Program to heights never reached.

Can't wait to see this group compete for a title.

It appears this team has an abundance of very good players - which is good. Do we have a stud (in the field and on the mound)? I think that is the difference between going to Supers and getting to the world series. That guy on a team when he comes to the plate you hold your breath hoping he doesn’t destroy the ball for extra bases - Every single time he is at the plate. Or, the pitcher, when you hope he has an off day so maybe you can squeeze out a win. Obviously we’ll know sooner than later. In either case, I am looking forward to a great season where, once again, the Supers are very achievable.
