I have stayed at the same Hotel as some of the Weather Channel folks a few times when a hurricane was about to or making landfall. The on air weather person sets up in a hotel breezeway, hall, or alley where the wind is increased dramatically. The camera guy a few feet away can light his cig with a bic lighter without much trouble.
