Maybe he snubbed her funeral because he didn't like her husband's politics. Maybe he didn't want to go because they didn't know each other at all and it would seem artificial. Maybe the family didn't want the president there because of the added security needed.

Agreed it is a non-story. But I really don't think he snubbed the Nancy Reagan's funeral due to policy differences. Obama is closer to Reagan in policy than Cruz or Trump are, and it is not even close.
