With Bannon running around the country now trying to unseat the GOP incumbants, I’m not exactly sure how that will work.
I'm confused. I thought the Left was disgusted over Trump's behavior? Are any of them as upset with Weinstein? Seems to me all we're seeing is embarrassment... a few jokes....maybe a little hypocrisy exposed.... but disgust and moral outrage?

I also think it’s silly how it’s now a political topic. Nobody made a big deal about Jerry Sandisky and his activity supporting the GOP. Why? Because he, like Weinstein isn’t a politician making decisions that could affect our lives. The outrage from the right is nothing but fluff.

Red herring. I’m not spending any more time on this. Sandusky was deeply involved in Pa Gov Tom Corbett’s (R) election campaign and Corbett is not guilty by association because Sandusky’s crime was outside of politics. So is Weinstein. So throw more balls in the dirt. i ain’t swinging.

Did you not see where NBC turned this story down months ago? You don't think there is anything connecting this? How about the known and openly discussed consequences for actors who support the GOP? If any dem is in with Weinstein, then they simply need to face the legal repurcussions...shoot ‘em. Right now, I see lots of conjecture.
Hence the focus on it. If there was no coverage, he's still in a position of power today and likely remains. With increased focus, more ties will be made.
If anyone used political pull to protect him, then they def need to be dealt with.
