And what constitutes tampering? If a players agent lets a school know that he is looking to transfer and is interested in your school, and you say you are interested too, is that tampering?

The burden of proof is upon the claimant. You'd think the NCAA would know this.

Feels like they are missing their old enforcement days and are chomping at the bit to drag some big named school (read: UK) through the mud.
If falsely accused the current regime would tuck tail and submit rather than sue.

Mitch created an aura of playing nice and never pushing boundaries. This era of pay for play was catered for UK basketball under the right coach. Bag fumble of the century!

Agreed to vacate an entire 10 win football season because of allegations of no show jobs. Allegations they could never prove. Pretty sure it was the first nil year too.
