Well, will Texas Tech fold or end Kansas’ Big 12 title streak?
Red Raiders have to get by visiting Oklahoma on Tuesday, at suddenly dangerous Baylor in Waco on Saturday, at always dangerous Oklahoma State (ask WVU) on the Cowboys’ home court, Kansas and West Virginia back-to-back and TCU.
Does anyone think that Tech won’t lose, maybe more than once, running that gauntlet?
WVU is alone in 3rd place. Climbing back into first place is possible, but improbable, not with the erratic performances of my alma mater. But, hey, last-place Baylor knocked off one of the big boys, so we’re not alone in blowing games.
Press Virginia was not up to the task against Oklahoma State, even with Carter’s career-high 33 points.
The Big 12 is an awesome conference to watch. I’m glad WVU is part of it.
