but did have in it :" Last season, his third at Loyola (Maryland), Spencer averaged 18.9 points per game. The guard also had 4.8 rebounds per game."
and: "“No Geo Baker, we’ll see about Ron Harper Jr. They need scorers, he averaged 18 a game at Loyola-Maryland.”.
Might be light, but a nice quick summation of what Cam brings and how he might fit.
but positive "notes" is all that matters when reading a quick summation of a player transferring to Rutgers in an video presentation that is devoted to players transferring into B1G programs.
In articles like that, writes can't devote too much space to one player but space coverage fairly equally so the "cliff notes" you liked to call what was said about Cam was part of the cliff note coverage ( for all) In Andy Katz’s ( video) “Transfer Portal Power Rankings,” the Big Ten Network analyst breaks down the top 12 portal players to move to the conference so far in which
Kristian Dyer ( of Rutgers Wire) put in print for what was said about Cam Spencer.in that video.
You might not have like it, but I thought it was nicely done putting the transfer in a positive light in the space it needed to be allotted so other B1G program's transfers could be evaluated like Cam was., in which Rutgers Wire put in an article showing only Spencer's part
With almost all of Todd Hunts articles now pay subscription, Rutgers Wire has become the place to go to fill the void. New Jersey newspapers might as well be in Montana in the off season and in much of the basketball season.
