but positive "notes" is all that matters when reading a quick summation of a player transferring to Rutgers in an video presentation that is devoted to players transferring into B1G programs.

You might not have like it, but I thought it was nicely done putting the transfer in a positive light in the space it needed to be allotted so other B1G program's transfers could be evaluated like Cam was., in which Rutgers Wire put in an article showing only Spencer's part
