Can private messages not be sent anymore?

I can't find the tab to send anyone a private message...help please?

Hit the username you are wanting to message and go under information. Then click start conversation

Deanna, It does not give me the option to do that. When I click on information all i see is "find content" "find threads".

Deana, When i click on your user name and go to your profile all i see are 2 sub headings Postings and Information- when i click on either of these I do not get the option to send you a private message.

Right there with ya, I have tried to send PM's and can't find the start conversation either. Actually just clicked your name just to see and it didn't work there either.

Not a big deal for me though.

I don't have PMing showing up, either.
I'm a "GOLD MEMBER" on Rivals' Va. board and can convo there, but not here.
When I click on the member name, Convo is under 'well-known'... between Profile Page and Follow, so I guess it IS a NC premium-type thing.
