This question is aimed at our board liberals. If I’m black, tell me how the system is holding me back.
Can anyone explain systemic racism? And cite specific examples?

One specific example would be housing projects. They was aimed at minorities and have done just what some said they would do .they have held the minority community down by making them believe they was unable to be successful on their own .
While the idea may have been that, there is nothing holding them there. Choosing to vote Democrat leadership is a choice. Choosing to stay is a choice. Choosing not to move away is a choice. Choosing not to pursue education and trade schools are a choice. Choosing not to work is a choice. Ironically, if anything, being a minority allows privileges only a minority can obtain. Scholarships, affirmative action, and special government programs are in place to give minorities an opportunity that is not available to a white person. We need to educate people to think for themselves and stop falling for the BS in the msm and government.
The Left uses race as a dividing tactic to stay in power. Take Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. If Leftists were sincere in their expressed efforts to expand opportunities for all qualified minorities, they'd be celebrating his ascendency onto the nation's highest court. Instead he draws their ridicule because he doesn't fit the political agenda the Left uses to keep Black voters in line...."you can't make it in racist America based on your own merit because of the color of your skin."
Without that argument Leftists use to consistently trick Black voters into voting for their failed income redistribution programs, the Left wouldn't need to cheat anymore in elections because they'd lose every one of 'em!

Exactly right! And Clarence Thomas is the BEST Supreme Court Justice on the entire court. Hands down. Not because he’s black. Not because he’s a man.
