That hit is the definition of targeting. Defenders get blocked and need to keep their head on a swivel. But it’s even illegal to blindside a defender now. WR’s don’t expect to get cheap shotted when the ball doesn’t come their way. Nor should they. Dirty hit.
Sure it was probably a dirty hit but it wasn't targeting and it happens all the time. Nothing's going to happen to the player so it's best to get over it.

Helmet to helmet isn’t targeting? Wow, that’s news to me...

I get it, the game of football has been toned down dramatically in the interest of player health, and you probably think the game has been wussified, but there is no possible way you can watch that hit and say it wasn’t targeting.

Unless you’re a South Alabama fan, which I know you aren’t...

He intentionally went helmet to helmet away from the play. There was an intent to light up JD. Idk how that isn’t targeting. But most is your posts are senseless so this is par for the course.
