they ended up in losses by more points than the previous year.

In what world does losing the same number of games by a wider margin and finishing further down in the standings represent progress
I will say this, losing the same number of games and by a larger number is not considered progress by any stretch of the imagination. But to sit there and adamantly proclaim that we are no better off is just flat out denying that we haven’t upgraded talent, you can not sit there and tell me you couldn’t see any difference in the performance from year one to year two... Year one you could tell we just didn’t have it, the talent wasn’t there the depth wasn’t there none of it, we had a stud for a freshman QB in 2AM and that was basically the extent of it... And again in year two you can’t tell me that we staid the same, or got worse, everyone that watched that team seen that we beat ourselves, we had a 2AM that was battling injury and a line that was starting a freshman TE converted to Center, we were hit by the injury bug and still didn’t have any real depth without mortgaging our future by burning redshirts on kids that were not really ready to step in any ways... there is progress being made you just have to look for it... this has nothing to do with who is the coach, I don’t care if you substitute any coach In with the same circumstances id still be preaching the same thing I’m saying now... I’m not saying what you’re saying is wrong, because purely in the wins loss scale and margins of defeat in our losses no we haven’t gotten better, but looking at how those losses went down I can see a difference... but again like was said before that’s my untrained eye, I’m not saying we are going to go for 9 or 10 wins this year, and I’m also not saying I’ve been happy with our results... I’m only saying I can see us swinging in the right direction, we just have to put it all together and get out of our own way
