who had 2 previous DUI's and several outstanding warrants but because of California's sanctuary city law no info was shared with ICE. Is this what you liberals stand for?....if the victim was your family member would you change your opinion?......you can shove the sanctuary status up your liberal asses. How do they defend their views in this ..a brown legal immigrant was killed by a brown illegal immigrant, so it wasn't racist & it wasnt American vs immigrant ...it was legal vs illegal...yeah im sure they will want to make up a feel good law that will solve no problems whatsoever....
