He is an AWESOME defender when focused and healthy. Him, Ron and JY. And of course Myles is a great disruptor. I think Tez is a little overrated as a defender. Geo struggles. Paul struggles. But the effort is there on those two. Cliff struggles, but he's young.

He was very active. His D has been up and down this year. Yesterday he was locked in and a willing defender and very effective. Doesn’t possess the best lateral quickness but that can be overcome with desire and length.

Caleb knows his keys to PT is defense. Very encouraging to see his offense and decision making improve yesterday.

You can see now that he’s getting his legs back under him he is returning to the superstar he can be. Unfair for fans to be harping on him last few weeks when everytime he went to the bench he’d put a back brace on. Some of you have no idea how much back pain affects your whole body and movement

Great on the ball defender , and now he has getting in the passing lanes and tipping passes and getting steals as well. His length is a problem for opposing teams and the fact that he can guard 1-3 and sometimes even a smaller 4 is huge for us.

Who forgot he started alot for us last yr? Many of us thought he would start this yr (before the RS) and know exactly what his impact could be.

He deserves his own thread. Awesome D Subday - I remember specifically when we went to that little 2/3 matchup some he had a tip that led to a turnover. We forget that he started a LOT lash year.

He's always been a favorite with me. Every time he seems set to take the next step, he has some kind of setback. Perhaps, many of these were due to his injury. I still think he has one of the higher ceilings on the team. Really glad to see him play well yesterday. Good D, and good decision making to go along with 7 pts, 4 rbs, 2 assists, 2 steals and 0 turnovers is a solid line from him.

His defense yesterday was superb. He was absolutely HARASSING his man on the perimeter, just relentless. And he definitely got, or caused, a few steals with that long wingspan. I remember one play where he dug down to help Myles with TJD, and stripped the ball for a steal. And I think he tipped the one pass from the baseline out to the perimeter, sparking a transition opportunity.

Also he is probably the best FT shooter on the team. I'll give him the edge over JY
Yeah he should have been in at the end as JY of course missed the front end of a one and one but I would rather have JY and Caleb over Paul at the end because Paul is not as good on defense; those 2 are our best defensive players

Caleb has long been my favorite player due to versatility and I’m a sucker for a mid range game and his is excellent. Great D guy. Makes things happen.

He is also our best pure shooter when he gets those shots on a kick out for 3!!
