His ability to come back from the initial thought to having to redshirt this year to playing on this team is in my opinion so underappreciated. Perhaps this is because of the nature of the season and the freshman (Oskar & Mag) not being able to adapt to BIG play, but his calming presence on this team is so valuable. Ever since he got his legs under him his game has been noticeable. He is not afraid to mix it up on the glass (where we struggled during the losing streak) and his defense on doubles or getting in the passing lanes have been tremendous. The type of glue guy you can count on for hard defense on good scorers, rebounding and the 6-10ppg with high efficiency.
So glad to see him back playing and much needed for this team to go the places they want to go. Not to mention he is our best free throw shooter and creates a mismatch for smaller guards.
