In Oscar. Only manages 3rd place in SEC regular season and bows out to TN again in the SECT. With players like Jabari Smith going to Auburn and Cade Cunningham going to OK St last season, you need a head coach that is good at X’s and O’s.

You guys need to lay off Cal until you see what happens a week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks from now.
A 2 seed is not the end of the world nor is losing to another 2 seed by 7 points with sorry SEC refs leading the way.

The sec regular season is a joke due to unbalanced schedule. And uk tied for 2nd and lost the tiebreaker because tn got auburn at home and uk had to play at auburn down a starter for most of the game. Look forward to Texas and ou joining so the schedules can't be as unbalanced.

And the difference in the game ended up being tn hitting their open 3s the first half and uk missing theirs. This game reminded me of the notre Dame game with bad 3 point shooting.

I’ve seen enough over the last 7 years. Cal can’t or won’t change his offense before next week. We will lose the first weekend to a lower seed. He doesn’t have enough of a talent gap on other teams to win. This team is more talented than TN and we’re 1-2 against them this season.

You really believe we can win 4 or even six in a row at this point? Come on.

Let's see what happens in the next 2 weeks. My biggest problem with Cal is the offense he runs. With the personnel he has, he should be running more screens, and picks to get his shooters open looks more than he does. Take today for instance. Why would you try to play thru Oscar as much, when TN has so many big, physical and strong post players? Our shooters didn't get too many good looks. Maybe UT's defense was that good. But I think our offensive strategy was simply that bad. I know Pitino is hated. And for good reason. But he would, IMO, have this team firing on all cylinders. I wouldn't want him back, but he's just a better game coach than Cal. With that said, Cal usually has the teams ready for March Madness. So let's see what transpires before we jump off the bridge lol

Only one of the most winning coaches we’ve had here. Also that same NPOY was at another school for 2 years and basically did nothing. But continue on.

It says a lot about you and your agenda that this is your take.

Another way to look at would be that Cal took a guy who averaged 8.5 points and 8 rebounds a game as a sophomore at WVU and coached him up to the point he became National Player of they Year as junior.

No, you really haven't "seen enough" that we will lose in the first weekend. That's all in your small little mind, considering it's only happened once since Cal has been here.

We were 3rd. UT beat Auburn. Tiebreaker. Doesn't matter, they beat us again today to solidify it.
The UT beating Auburn is strictly for seeding in the SEC Tournament. We tied for 2nd in the SEC this year.
