The Fox Monk and Bam team was very good And an epic screw job from the final 4. That just 2 seasons ago. Duke had a crazy talented team last year and failed. You and many others are making too much out of the first game of the year for both teams.

Go back through 80 years of UK history, and our 6 loss 2 seed which lost on a last second shot to the eventual champion 1 seed doesn't even meet your threshold for "good"?

Under no other coach besides Rick (and yes, I'm including Rupp, who would've been decimated in the internet era for the last decade and a half of his career) was the fanbase so spoiled that anybody would have the gall to take a team of that caliber entirely for granted.
