Fox more than triples CNN and MSNBC during the actual inauguration. Overall, on Inauguration Day they had just about 2.5 times the combined numbers of CNN and MSNBC.
It seems that CNN's strategy of battling it out with MSNBC over the liberal viewer may not be providing the numbers they need. I think CNN will need more time to reassess after Trump has been in office for awhile. If they continue to struggle, Zucker will either be fired or he must move CNN toward the center.
