Really good players were targeted. They were not closed on. Itās a closing issue. I donāt think thatās on the assistants.
Brooks' contract was not renewed. Of course he was told to leave. He didn't make the recruiting impact Pope hired him for.
I am happy as a clam to see this happen. I guess the proof is in the pudding. Let's see what happens next year!

Yea his recruiting prowess was the reason Pope brought him here, as far as I know he just drew a check and showed up every day. I was not impressed!
He was super cheeks. In fact him and Jason Hart battled it out for the worst. I also don't know what other homie does outside of the boom gifs.
Arguably the best recruiter in college basketball when we hired him. Landed no one of significance.

That dude gave Pope his first coaching job, if I'm not mistaken, so he probably would never force him out. Plus, it's unlikely another team will take him. This, he is stuck.
