This is exactly why I'm trying to talk my Son-in-law out of being in Law enforcement. Total disrespect for police. What kind of parents raised that overweight crybaby to defy a lawful command from a Police officer, then to start screaming like she's being "attacked", then pull a gun on him?

Media gets a hold of that and blames "social injustice"..."Black lives matter" right?

I sent this video to my Son-In-Law 82...asking him what did the Cop do wrong? Here's just a partial list of how poorly trained this Officer was and how poorly he handled this situation:
  • He should NEVER have allowed her to exit that vehicle on her own, talk on the phone, light up cigarette etc
  • she should have been "isolated" hands exposed or restrained during the entire encounter
  • he should have waited for backup before trying to effect an arrest
  • when she refused a lawful order to "get down on the ground" HE should have put her fat *** down on the pavement immediately
  • her vehicle was never searched for a weapon (not from what we saw)
  • her purse was not confiscated
  • you don't "ask" someone you are placing under arrest "do me a favor", you tell them you're placing them under arrest, and then you effect the arrest by restraining them if they comply willingly, using enough force to make them comply if they refuse or resist
  • he didn't know how to properly use his taser! (my Son in law explained the correct way, but it's too involved for this list right now)
  • you don't "threaten" to use it, (taser) YOU USE IT! It's a level of force you are required to utilize if you have a suspect resisting or fleeing arrest which that woman was doing
  • his patrol car was not blocking her most obvious escape route...1st rule of thumb after you pull over a motorist is you leave enough room to protect your safety, but you also limit their easy access to flee!
  • I mentioned earlier, where was his partner/backup?
There was so much more but it's not fair to the readers. Suffice it to say, this was poor police training & tactics, execution of an arrest/search warrant and dreadful use of force. Not sure why the woman was pulled over, but that Cop should NEVER have let the situation escalate to the point of him allowing her to pull a gun and fire on him! Good Lord!

*edit...oh one other thing my Son-in-law said...once she reached for that weapon...he should have taken her out! He's yelling at her "put the gun down" while she's aiming at him??????? No...no...no...no...no! Suspect 'reaches' for anything after they're fleeing once you've ordered them to STOP you don't wait to see what they're reaching for...you drop 'em!

I don't care personally what they do in their miserable private lives, but I think the turnabout on them is fair play considering what they put folks through.

When board leftist was telling us how honest & noble joe Biden is I ask them all if they looked at his history in the Senate let alone he dropped out in 1988 for being a habitual liar....voting for joe Biden shows us modern day Democrat is poised to repeat history.
