He is scared to field a punt and run with it. He's scared to catch the balland now he 17n falls down on his route allowing the easy pick. What the hell has happened to him from last year to this year?

at the receiver position. That's just the way it is now. Hopefully next year's recruits will immediately change that.

The biggest disappointment with Bumphis for me is his lack ofspeed and elusiveness to be an upper tier SEC WR. He's kinda fast and kinda elusive ... enough to be our best at that ... but, bleh.

We need some legitimate NFL prospects in skill positions or we won't compete consistently with the Top 6 in the SEC. That's a fact.

The kid has crazy talent, but he looks like he is riding it. I hope he realizes that and works his *** off this off-season.

He is a very gifted athlete and is all world in 7 on 7. But it seems like he shies away from the real physical aspect of being a successful SEC receiver.

He almost always calls for a fair catch even when he has room to run. He gets alligator arms on his routes and will not fight for the ball. Very disappointing. He should be an impact player for us this year.

Like Auburn, Bama, Arkansas, LSU....we have to recruit better there. We are the least physical bunch in the SEC at that position.

Bumphis is a pretty good SEC player but he is not elite level. Nothing wrong with that but he does not have all world talent as someone above alluded to. I don't think he is lazy I just don't think he is super talented. I think Perkins is the best skill player out of that class.
